DFDFCU Virtual Branch will be upgrading to DFDFCU Digital Banking on
Thursday December 6th, 2018.

Card Valet eStatements Online Banking Onine Bill Pay Transfer Now

Quicken/Quickbooks Users:

  • There are critical steps you need to take to ensure that your information is correct post-upgrade.  Please download, read and process through the attached documents:

Important Dates:

  • November 29th thru December 12th – DFDFCU will have a freeze on enrollments to online banking and bill pay to process the upgrade.
  • Wednesday December 5th – Virtual Branch and Bill Pay will not be available starting at 12:00 PM (noon).
  • Thursday December 6th – DFDFCU Digital Banking and Bill Pay will be available for use again by 12:00 PM (noon).

 

Prior to Conversion:

  • Please ensure that you log into Virtual Branch and ensure that your email address and all phone numbers are up to date. 

 

After Conversion:

  • For Current Virtual Branch Users:  When logging in for the first time please use your Virtual Branch User ID.  The password will be the last six of the primary members SSN.  Refer to the Login Assistance documents for additional details.

  • For Members new to online banking:  On Thursday 12/13, you may use the Enroll in Online Banking link OR register through the mobile app. 
  • There is only one User Name and Password per account.

Have a joint owner?  They will use the same User Name and Password that you do. 

  • Identity Verification Phone  Numbers:  This is a new security feature used to ensure the identity of the person making transactions or changes to information.  When you first get into your account you will want to add the cell phone number of any joint owners to ensure they can receive the Verification Codes.
  • Click on Settings in the upper right corner.
  • Click on Security and Alerts.
  • Click on Identity Verification  Phones.
  • Fill in the phone number you would like to add to your account.
  • Give that phone number a nickname.
  • Choose the Notification type: Text Message or Receive a Call.
  • Check that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Click Save.

Once the screen refreshes you should see all phone numbers that can be used for Identity Verification at the bottom.

 

FAQ’s:

  • Bill Pay history from Virtual Branch will not be brought over to DFDFCU Digital Banking. 
  • All Bill Pay vendors along with future dated payments will move over to DFDFCU Digital Banking.
  • All recurring and future dated transfers will move over to DFDFCU Digital Banking.

 

New Features:

  • Are you currently paying a DFDFCU loan via bill pay from another financial institution?  We have a solution for that!  One of the new features of DFDFCU Digital Banking is External Transfers.  Once you get logged into Digital Banking, click on the Transfers tab.  On the right hand side you will see a link titled External Transfers, click on that.  Fill in your information from your other financial institution, once that account has been verified you can pull in your loan payments.  The perk of this feature is most payments come in ACH, which means no checks, no waiting on the mail…  Your payments get here in a few days! 
  • Popmoney- the new feature that allows you pay people electronically.  All you need is a phone number or email address.  It is that easy!
